SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

PREP CALL: C10 will have a prep call prior to the event to talk about what questions we will ask, so your team is prepared.

EVENT SUPPORT: Our team will work with your team to make sure they meet their clients at the event. If an attendee can't make the event C10 will assist in making introductions to help set up meetings post event.

EVENT AGENDA:

9AM- Arrive at the Douglas Country Sherriff's Department Training Track ( Race Track)

9:20AM- Introduce some of the executives in the group

9:30AM- Spotlight our sponsors in front of the group ( This is a 7-10 minute casual introduction where our host will ask the reps in attendance questions about themselves and their company we will have already prepared and talked through on a prep call. Previous questions we have used are " What are some exciting things going on your company right now? What are some of the main pain point you solves?  Who are some of your largest clients? How long have you been at your company? What's something unique you have done that probably nobody here has done? What is a fun story about the other rep attending? ect)

9:30AM- 5PM- Executives and sponsors racing on the track! Only 1-3 people will be able to drive at a time, the rest of the group will mingle during this time. Food and beverages will be provided.
